Times are changing. Congress and state legislatures pass new laws affecting your family every day. In today’s unstable tax, legal, and financial environment, planning for the future is more complicated.
To sort out this mess, you need more than a generalist. Dual-licensed as both an Attorney and a CPA, this is why I’ve chosen to restrict my practice to three areas:
Cryptocurrency Issues: This is a tricky and developing area of tax law, but I’ve been personally involved since the early days. I can help with diverse issues such funding an IRA or 401(k) with cryptocurrency, tax reduction strategies, properly reporting gains and losses, and offshore reporting requirements.
Self-Directed IRAs: Investing in through an IRA or 401(k) can provide huge tax benefits which compound over time, resulting in a much larger nest egg. The downside to IRAs and 401(k)s is that you are restricted to a small class of traditional investments which may not provide the best returns. With a self-directed IRA, you can get around these restrictions and invest in alternative assets.
Estate Planning, Wills, & Trusts: Traditional estate planning isn’t cutting it anymore. The typical will and estate plan can result in your in laws snatching assets that were meant for your grandchildren. I’m Board-Certified as an Estate Planning Law Specialist by the ABA-accredited Estate Law Specialist Board, and I can help.
I can help you create a stable and secure future for you and your loved ones. Having practiced my entire career in these areas, there’s a good chance I’ve helped one of your friends, relatives, or colleagues in the past. I’d like to help you as well.
